Thank you for your interest in working with The Roundhouse Foundation and/or Pine Meadow Ranch Center for the Arts and Agriculture.  We are currently hiring for the following position(s).

 

  • Ranch Stewardship Manager PMRCAA - review begins 9/15/20; position open until filled.

    The Ranch & Stewardship Manager w​ill work in close collaboration with trustees and staff of the Roundhouse Foundation to shepherd the growth and management of PMR land and facilities. The Ranch & Stewardship Manager ​reports directly to the Project Director, coordinating and executing the day to day operations of the 260-acre Pine Meadow Ranch, overseeing a team of part-time ranch hands, and fostering ecologically and economically resilient ranchlands. The ranch is home to a seasonal artist in residence program as well as community education and stewardship activities. The Ranch & Stewardship Manager ensures a positive visitor experience through the maintenance of a safe, clean property, including buildings, homes, barns, pool, greenhouse and other ranch and Foundation structures.

  • Ranch Hand (Part-Time/Temporary) - open until filled

    The Ranch Hand reports directly to the Project Director. If the Project Director is not available, the ranch hand reports to the supervising Trustee and Operations Manager. The Hand performs work related to the day to day operations and maintenance of Pine Meadow Ranch. The Ranch Hand is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment for the entire property, including buildings, homes, barns, greenhouse and other Ranch and Foundation structures.

  • Grants Manager & Office Coordinator - review begins 10/1/20; position open until filled.

    This position will manage RHF grants through their lifecycle in an online database (Foundant) and ensure proper due diligence, ascertain all appropriate paperwork, and follow-up as necessary. The successful candidate will have relevant software expertise, work effectively across multiple teams, and excellent organizational skills.  The selected candidate will also have the ability to multi-task and a ‘can-do’ attitude to ensure all projects are complete and accurate records are kept.

    This position also serves as an office administrator for the RHF and its programs.  They serve as an on-site contact person for visitors and guests to PMRCAA.  They will answer the phone and general foundation email regularly in a respectful and clear manner.

  • Finance Controller - .5-.75FTE - review begins 10/1/20; position open until filled.

    The Financial Services Controller works at the direction of the Executive Director to provide financial management and informational support for decision making. They report on the Foundation’s operations, day to day accounting, cash management, and banking relationships. This position will also work closely with Trustees with the Foundation’s Investment Team.
