When do I arrive and depart?
We ask that each resident plans to arrive between noon and 4 p.m. on the first date of their residency and leave before 3 p.m. on the last day. Specific residency dates can be found in your Artist Agreement.
Upon arrival PMR Arts Staff will greet you and give you and orientation to Hammond House.
Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
Linens and towels are provided.
If I need to ship stuff to the Ranch beforehand, what address do I use?
It is best to use both the physical address of the Ranch as well as our P.O. Box:

Please let Residency Coordinator Becky Lukens know when you have shipped your items and when to expect their arrival at the Ranch.
Mail that comes to Pine Meadow Ranch for you will be delivered to your studio or placed on the kitchen counter.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
There are two grocery stores in Sisters. Ray’s Food Place is our local, general grocery store and is approximately 1.5 miles from the Ranch. Oliver lemons is a closer, friendly store that has a wider variety of organic and gluten/dairy free items. It is approximately 1 mile from the Ranch.
When do I get my stipend?
For each completed week of residency, residents will receive $200. The stipend will be sent to you via mail upon your departure and the completion of the “Checkout List” and Residency Exit Survey.
How far is town from the Ranch?
Pine Meadow Ranch sits at the edge of Sisters and is a very short walk or bike ride away from downtown, approximately .5 miles.
