Central Oregon Community College supports Career and Technical Education (CTE)
Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs are the backbones of Central Oregon Community College, but getting a degree or certificate often has additional costs outside of base tuition, which can present obstacles for students and their families. With a grant from the Roundhouse Foundation, COCC has been able to cover these additional costs for dozens of COCC students.
“Our hope is that by removing these cost barriers, we will see higher retention and completion rates,” said Zak Boone, COCC’s Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director of the COCC Foundation.
